Good to know
This villa (Unit A) is the entire first level of the house and includes access to the outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit and gas grill. If you with to reserve both (unit A & unit B), please message us. Each unit has separate parking and laundry facilities, as well as its own air system and thermostat.

$300 security deposit hold (via guest portal, released after stay) House is secured by physical locks, digital locks, exterior cameras. We are located in the countryside surrounded with lots of wildlife (beetles & spiders are common) Housekeeping is available every two weeks for extended stays!
