The house is perched on the mountain and has a really great view — very peaceful, and nicely decorated + comfortable inside!
I would strongly recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle to get up the last stretch of verrrrry steep gravel road (our front wheel drive van almost didn’t make it up on a dry day in July, any rain would have made it impossible), though!

Wow...this place is a GEM! Absolutely stunning view, beautifully decorated home, comfortable furnishings, and so very clean! Josephine was very responsive and is an incredible host. The hot tub was fabulous and was so clean, but didn't smell of chemicals or dry out our skin. The instruction booklet for operating all of the appliances was so appreciated! The road in was a little intense, but we made it fine in our sedan; however, I would think an AWD or 4WD would be needed in wintry conditions. Although there were other homes close by, it was still very private. Such an amazing place!

Great place to accommodate a girls’ weekend. There was plenty of well decorated and comfy space for all of us and amazing views! The road to the house is a little steep and has gravel, so it’s probably best to travel with a car that can handle that.

Hands down the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever experienced! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that so much thought and care had gone into every detail of this place. They’ve truly thought of everything you could possibly need — and then some. Every corner of the home is beautifully curated, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to make the stay effortless and memorable.
It felt like a dream escape, and I’m already planning a return trip with my family because I know they’ll fall in love with it too. I can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re lucky enough to find it available, book it without hesitation!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway in a beautiful home with everything you need, this is the place! The view from the upper deck with the fire pit, is incredible. So is the view from the hot tub on the lower deck. House was spotless when we arrived. Everything you needed to cook with was also available. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

This home is beautiful, it looks very new and is clean and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was very relaxing and there was a great view from the balcony. It was easy to check in and out. The only advice I have for other visitors is to drive a car that can handle steep hills!

Beautiful view and wonderfully appointed space. Kitchen had everything we needed and all was in great condition. We had such a relaxing couple of days Fidum was super communicative and helpful. The neighbors are close so its not secluded but we didn't really notice them. The grade is super steep in a couple spots on the drive so would definitely want chains or 4 wheel drive vehicle with snowy weather.

My bestie and I rented the VUE for a little post-holiday, girl's weekend. We were thrilled when we found the listing as it checked ALL the boxes: great view, peaceful, near several wineries, working (wood burning) fireplace, hot tub, deck with a view, and other updated amenities. Bonus - it was still decorated for the holidays with a beautiful Christmas tree!
The house is gorgeous...perfectly designed, decorated, very clean, safe, etc. It's among the top AirBnB experiences I've had stateside and abroad! On Saturday, we were out for only a few hours because we were so excited to get back to the house and just enjoy it to the fullest and relax. Fidum is an excellent host - very communicative, responded quickly to all of our questions, had great suggestions for places to visit for food/wine/activities, etc. 10 out of 10 for sure! Suggestion: It's steep driving for the last mile, so if someone in your party has all-wheel/4-wheel drive...take their vehicle. Not required, but helpful.

The view was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to spend quality time with family. The property was incredibly clean, and we were beyond satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!
